The History of Schroeder Pianos

Schroeder Brothers was a piano manufacturer with factories located in both New York and Pennsylvania. Schroeder pianos likely began producing pianos around 1905 and closed their doors around 1915. Unfortunately, not much is known about this particular manufacturer, and they likely did not produce many instruments. [1]

About Schroeder Pianos

Very few Schroeder Brothers pianos are still around today and not much is known about them. The company produced uprights and player pianos, but it is likely that very few were made. You can still find Schroeder Brothers at antique shows and tucked away in corners out "in the wild," so to speak, but they are a rare sighting given the short time of their production.

Of the few Schroeder pianos on the market today, it ranges vastly given the age and condition that they can be in. They could sell for as little as $100 or as much as $22,000 depending on their condition.
