Miami, FL | Nov 25, 2019 | 1913 Steinway B

We went out and we spent more than a year looking. I've looked at Steinways in California, in Arizona in New York, in Florida. If you were to buy a new one, we're talking about B, we're talking over 100,000 and um, hundred thousand, it's just I could, I would not spend that. I'm about to send my son to college. Everyone knows that you can get same quality if not more. If you have someone who's been in the business producing the same thing. I sent a questionnaire that I wrote up 20 questions. Todd Lindeblad answered every question and more and I gotta tell you, I was flabbergasted. I found out on that day Lindeblad had nothing to hide that I was in a spot to spend, you know, some major money and I wanted to make sure that what I was buying was that it was worth it, that it was authentic, that somehow I wasn't being cheated out of my money.I was told by the dealers that I had to be careful in what I bought because if I didn't buy the piano from the dealer, from the manufacturer, that I really wasn't buying a Steinway. I said, so are you telling me if I, if I get, if I buy a Mercedes, let's say it needs a major repair and I take it to not the dealer, but I take it to someone who does, who specializes in Mercedes. You're telling me when that car comes out, that's no longer a Mercedes. And they were sort of stumped on that one. So you're telling me that a family, a business that's been doing pianos for a hundred years and that they specialize in Steinways, they use Steinway parts that that's not a Steinway. I looked at the facts, I looked at everything that would, that Lindeblad was doing in restoring this piano that I ultimately bought, you know, 1913 B.Not only the authentic parts, but taking a, an original Steinway and what they did was they restored it to its original beauty, their craftsmen. Um, the people who, who put this piano together have years and years and years of experience. And to me, this restored 1913 B is a work of art and it is not a Steinwas this is a Steinway. I'm very happy and I have no doubts that I have an authentic Steinway. I did send a, um, a technician hired a technician, ahh, to go up and look at at the piano and he said, the piano is fantastic. Another home run by Lindeblad. In addition to that, he sent me a crew that set up my piano the way I wanted it and they were just extremely nice people. But the guarantees are only as good as as a company is around. Here's what sold me on the guarantee. And that is when I did my research. You know, the Lindeblad family has been around for a hundred years and their guarantee has substance to it. They have a backing. It's almost like, you know, the U S dollar is backed by in the full faith and credit of the United States government. Well, the same thing with Lindeblads. The other major thing that sold me on the Lindeblads is they care about their customers. The, the product that I have bought from Lindeblad is the original thing brought back to its original beauty. This is, there's no doubt in my mind this is an authentic Steinway. I'm a happy customer sitting here. I am very happy with what I bought. And again, there is no doubt in my mind that this is not a knock off. Um, so anyone who's out there thinking about what this, who this company is, I, are they for real? I can tell you they are for real. From my perspective, this is fantastic. And this is the original thing.
