This unique 1936 Steinway L has a beautiful Chippendale Style case and is ready to be restored! Steinway no longer makes this style in the Model L so it is a very special instrument. To bring this piano to its full potential, we recommend putting a new finish on this piano as well as doing a complete rebuild of the inside. The original soundboard is in good condition so we will be restoring the soundboard, giving it a new finish and replacing the bridge caps.
