There are not enough accolades for this company. The team members are dedicated to their craft, and their customer service is superlative. Lindeblad restored a vintage concert grand Steinway (1872!) for me, with incredible results. Professionalism at the highest level! From start to finish, Todd and his team answered all my questions and allayed any concerns I had about the extensive work that needed to be done. This was a yearlong restoration that went smoothly and was completed before the anticipated date. This is a company you can trust. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. My Grandfather gave me a Steinway upright as a young girl in the 1960s. After several moves and exposure to the elements it was a sorry sight. The bench was badly scarred and water damage from plants spotted the surfaces. Some of the wood cabinetry was chipped off completely. The action was noisy, and the piano was simply in terrible shape. When I reached out to Lindeblad I found a warm, responsive knowledgeable family run business that takes care of each client and piano with impeccable standards. We were sent videos and photos of our technicians, received regular feedback and invitations for input throughout the process of restoration, and had timely pickup and drop-off of the instrument. Not only was the piano restored to its original beauty, but the entire process was a joy. What a terrific experience. What a worthwhile investment! My family owned a 1928 Steinway & Son Model K piano. It played really well (as one would expect), but this piano looked tired and the keys needed “strengthening” from our point of view. We have owned and loved this piano for over 20 years and intend it to be a family treasure to pass down for generations to come. I came across Lindeblad Piano Restoration on a Google search. From the beginning Sean was pleasant, patient and attentive to me. He acknowledged this was a financial commitment and I was trusting our family treasure and a lot of money with his company. Today, we received our piano (after 6 months of work). All I could say is WOW! My family and I are absolutely over the moon on the quality do the work inside and out. I trust this company and the team. From the time they picked up the piano (gave us a loaner) to the return, they treated out piano like they were taking one of my children. I 100% recommend Lindeblad Piano Restoration if you're looking for a high-quality instrument you'll play for years. When we started looking for a "forever piano" for our home, I knew I wanted an older, restored instrument and Lindeblad Pianos looked like a great option. I was initially hesitant to purchase and restore a piano without playing it first or being able to try out different options, but after speaking with Todd and the team I was convinced - they took a lot of time to learn how I play, and after hearing what they needed, they then went off and did their magic. We took delivery of our Steinway Model K the other day, and it's blown past my (already high) expectations. At one point in my life I was a pretty serious piano player so I know what good instruments feel and sound like. This is a good instrument. The bass register, in particular, sounds as good as any Model B I've ever played, and miles better than any upright. It is a huge sound, but with remarkable (and delicate) dynamic range. I had zero issues shipping the piano to Canada; the team took care of everything. Anyone looking for a high-quality instrument and who's comfortable trusting a team with finding and building their dream piano should go with Lindeblad pianos. I'm glad I did.

I love my piano! My 100 year old Steinway was refinished by Lindeblad restoration and the final result exceeded my expectations. It looks brand new, even the wheels were refinished. Every little detail was redone perfectly! The action and tone is beautiful and I enjoy playing again now that the inside parts work like they should. They did a phenomenal job, both inside and out! An exceptional experience from the beginning until the end. I was looking for a Steinway piano as a gift for my daughter and after spending over a year doing extensive research on restoration companies, I was fortunate enough to find Lindeblad. From my first contact with Todd, I knew Lindeblad was the right choice. Throughout our interactions, I was always met with the utmost level of professionalism and cordiality. He not only took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, but also provided a great deal of additional information and advice. Lindeblad Piano was amazingly competent, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They were excellent about following up when I called for information or with questions, they were thorough in every aspect of the work of restoring our century old Steinway, and their moving team's pick up and delivery was amazing, despite challenging entrance and egress at both ends. Their moving team even answered questions I had about possible refinishing of parts of the piano. They clearly know Steinway pianos inside and out, and care about craftsmanship and attention to detail. I could call out specific people by name, but frankly, there wasn't a single employee I interacted with who wasn't impressively patient, well-informed, and thorough. If I was dreaming of the ideal piano restoration company to work with, I couldn't imagine better customer service than that provided by Lindeblad Piano Restoration. I'm so glad that I came upon them when I searched for a company. I can't recommend them highly enough. One thing to be aware of -- if you plan a visit to their warehouse, it is not collocated with their showroom, so make sure you check the destination address; you can't just Google the company if you want to get to the warehouse!
