If we were to move forward, then the next steps are:

1. Send us contact information on all parties involved.
2. We schedule a technician to make an on-site evaluation of your piano.
3. We prepare a detailed report of damage, necessary restoration or repairs, and estimate of the replacement value.
4. We submit the report to you and to your insurance company (if applicable).
5. We follow up with the insurance company to walk them through the report and answer their questions.
