We are writing to tell you how pleased we are with our Steinway which you rebuilt and refinished. The mahogany finish is beautiful, and the sound is wonderful--resonant as well as brilliant. We all enjoy playing it, but John really benefits from its excellent action and sound quality in his piano studies and composition. We're so glad Tom recommended you to us.
