I would like to thank all of you for your collaboration in the process of finding the right piano for us and subsequently resting it with such personal care and attention. I know the limited size of the piano and the desire for such detail was certainly a challenge. Todd was so patient and understanding; and after my unfortunate experience with a different piano company (who will remain unnamed), I really needed to be able to trust someone with something that was so important to me. Todd's honesty and soft approach restored my faith during this journey and it wasn't long before I knew I had come to the right place. I have waited many years to have such a lovely and historic piano.
The integrity of the Lindeblad family is one of your finest attributes. I so appreciate your desire to make sure I got precisely what I had envisioned. Working with Paul during the restoration and molding enhancement was very exciting; and I appreciate all the pictures, phone calls an details that allowed me to feel front and center during the process. I learned so much from all of our communication and that is a great feeling when playing this beautiful instrument.
Our new piano fits so beautifully in our home! It's funny because the space has been yearning for a piano all these years and now that it is finally here, it looks like it has always been.
