Letter from Anne Katlic

Dear Paul and Todd,
This is a belated note of thanks for your expert guidance, service, and craftsmanship in bringing my vintage 1889 Steinway upright piano back to life. Restoring this family heirloom was definitely the right decision! The beautiful satin finish, smooth action of the keys and lovely sound are undoubtedly better-than-new. I am thrilled to play and enjoy this fine, 120-year old piano that originally belonged to my great-grandmother, whose portrait hangs in honor overhead.
Working with you and your company was a true pleasure. Thanks to the outstanding service and personal attention that you provide, all went smoothly every step of the way including final delivery. Although I took a leap of faith undertaking this project long-distance, from day one I felt perfectly comfortable entrusting my heirloom to your hands. I am very grateful to have discovered Lindeblad Piano through your informative website!
Paul, your skillfully restored instruments are true works of art, both inside and out. My local piano tuner was mighty impressed! The pride and care you put into every detail shows, including the expertly reproduced music rack that you created. My new piano not only looks but sounds wonderful, even with my rusty music skills. You can be sure I will enjoy many hours at the keyboard getting back in practice.
My family takes great pleasure knowing that this special Steinway piano, which has been played and much loved by four generations (something your family can appreciate!), will continue to make joyful music for many year to come.
With appreciation and best regards,
Anne Katlic
