Lindeblad Piano restored our 1928 Steinway L, given to us by my mother- in-law. The entire process, from initial contact, to evaluation, and final delivery, went forth with the utmost of professionalism and responsiveness on the part of Lindeblad Piano, especially Todd and Paul.
Paul took great care in explaining each step of the restoration process, sending us pictures as he worked. Both Todd, who had done the initial evaluation, and Paul, answered all of our questions with a great deal of patience and thoroughness. The final product is absolutely beautiful. The restoration was meticulously done, and both the inside and outside of our Steinway L are pristine. The piano looks new, and it now sounds as it did many years ago when my husband was growing up.
