I wanted to write a note to thank you for your many kindnesses with the purchase of my Hamburg Steinway. You could not have been more courteous and helpful every step of the way.
After some regulation to get the action just as I like it (I'm kind of picky, just ask my tech) the piano plays like a dream. The tone is beginning to really blossom, and the piano has a remarkable treble. Also, it is holding tune amazingly well.
The last time my tech was here he said I'll trade pianos with you! That's a very high compliment from him!
It has been fun showing the Steinway to my friends and colleagues, and listening to them play. They all love it.
Paul, you did everything possible to make me satisfied with the piano, and I appreciate it. Such wonderful customer service is rarely found these days.
