What a remarkable gift you have given us in the form of our rebuilt 1927 Steinway Model M. Aesthetically this is a lovely object to behold, and, as promised, the tone, action and sound quality are flawless. I did not realize what a transformation was to occur when sending along this piano some months ago, and literally have to drag myself away from the living room due to the magnetic power of this instrument.
Thank you again for the resurrection of an ailing antique-- my sons and I will remain the beneficiaries of your good work for decades to come.
