I tuned the Mason & Hamlin model A that you sold to a customer in St. Louis, Missouri. All I had to do was give it a basic tuning. I was very impressed with the materials and craftsmanship that went into the rebuilding of this piano. Each hammer was properly aligned with its corresponding strings and the regulation of the action made for a very responsive touch. The beauty of the tone can be attributed to the quality of the parts that went into the piano. The refinishing of the case was factory perfect. If anyone inquired about having their piano rebuilt, I will definitely refer them to you.
