Before & After

Steinway

Steinway Piano

Steinway pianos have an enduring quality which sets them apart from other pianos. Each Steinway is handcrafted and takes up to one full year to complete. They are the preferred choice for more than 90% of the world's performing artists. Steinway pianos are known for their incomparable sound and intuitive, responsive touch. Choose from a range of sizes – from 5'1" to 8'11" –, wood veneers, and cabinet styles.

Mason & Hamlin

Mason and Hamlin Piano

The Mason & Hamlin Piano Company was established in 1854. It is one of the original Boston piano manufacturers and a pioneer of the full-perimeter plate design.

Knabe and Chickering

Knabe pianos are known for their distinctively mellow and warmly melodic sounds that compare to the lyric richness of a human voice. Specially designed and hand assembled, each instrument uses selected wood for unsurpassed resonance.

Uprights

Almost every brand of pianos made has a line of upright models in addition to its grand pianos. Uprights fit handily in to almost any home, and they are the most accessible piano.

Miscellaneous

There are high quality brands which are no longer famous. Several of these are hand made brands, and rivaled Steinway many decades ago. Their names have faded but their quality pianos remain. These are a perfect choice for an affordable, hand-built piano.
